Returns & Refunds Policy

We want these tools to genuinely make your days easier. If an item isn't right, you have 30 days from delivery to request a return — just email us with your order number. Items should be unused and in original packaging; once we receive the return, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If anything arrives damaged or defective, send us a photo and we'll replace it or refund you — no need to post it back. We answer every email personally.
